The term "deliverables" is a project management term, indicating those things produced as a result of project-related activity. Deliverables can take many forms, and can be produced on many different kinds of media. Deliverables are usually required to pass through some kind of peer review prior to being formally approved (qua "signed off"). |
Typical UCD deliverables - and the techniques used to generate them - might include the following shown below. Note that, depending upon the nature of the project (its aspirations, goals, budget and timescale), a given project may only need to generate some of these deliverables. |
