I've generated an awful lot of stuff during my various careers, and thought it might be appropriate to try and share some of it with you. So here (in no particular order, it) goes.
Seems almost obtuse to cite "downloads" of affinity diagrams as valid in any meaningful sense: the process is more important really. But perhaps an example...
This is a fairly good example of the questionnaire genre: a hardcore qualitative researcher might want to pick it apart. But they'd have to give me some damn good reasons first.
Sitemaps make me feel nostalgic: they were the first IA "diagram" I ever created, sometime back in the early 90s, and I didn't even know what they were called when I did it. I called them "dendrograms" for a while: a more rebarbative name for something you're unlikely to find :)
I use Visio - running under Parallels on my Mac - to generate my wireframes, and export the finished diagrams as PDF or HTML.
If I'm producing a specification document, I routinely include both wireframes and sitemaps. If the deliverable is just wireframes, then they'll include detailed annotations (of varying levels of detail).
