This was my one of my first client engagements for those lovely people at Flow Interactive, and involved user testing of a beta of the Skype Windows client application.
Interesting! Not least because Skype is a fascinating and fabulous application, but because the new features I was testing were genuinely interesting and innovative.
I like user testing - and this was a great example of how fun and discovery can be brought together in pursuit of better user-centred design. |
