In September 2003 Getfrank were commissioned by the (then new) communications regulator Ofcom to create and implement a new web and intranet strategy. In framing a response to the challenge, my team asked the question: how should a communications regulator communicate?
Our creative thinking challenged assumptions and caused quite a fuss - but did eventually lead to a distinctive and bold online visual identity that was rolled out to an integrated web and intranet design. Coupled with creative excellence and a confidence in the validity of the solution, we also delivered a highly accessible web build on time and to budget.
As Stephen Carter, Ofcom CEO said at the time: "Getfrank got it." |
