During the early part of 2001, norwichunion.com embarked on perhaps one of their most ambitious projects - to create an online bank as part of the wider wealth management offering.
Victoria Real - as NU's interactive partner - were tasked with creating the user experience for customers, architecting the site, originating the graphic design and creating the front-end code - but also providing the methodological framework within which the burgeoning norwhichunion.com web team could begin to contribute to the on-going development of the site.
