In response to the highly successful and enjoyable Learning project, Getfrank was subsequently asked by MoL to construct a microsite about the Tudor period.
The requirement was for a microsite that would deliver information to the demanding customers of different age groups, particuarly key stage 2 children, teachers of KS2 history and parents. MoL wanted to interest and inspire the users to explore the life in Tudor London, focusiong on specially selected objects, with named individuals from all walks of life.
I led the team that delivered this small - but perfectly formed - site. Working in close cooperation with MoL, special attention was paid to achieving a functional and easily adaptable site structure (for subsequent templated re-use), whilst maintaining a clear and logical interface.
Not my biggest or most high profile project by any means - but nonetheless, an accessible and easy to use microsite, attractive to all the people interested in the history of the Tudors. |
