This was my very first client engagements for those lovely people at Flow Interactive, and involved user testing of an innovative VOIP telephone service based around the wifi capabilities of Sony's PSP.
We were only testing prototypes unfortunately, but the idea was enough to enthuse both myself and the testers - what a cool idea!
