Becta leads the national drive to improve learning through technology, and is the Government's key partner in the strategic development and delivery of its information & communications technology (ICT) and e-learning strategy.
In the Spring of 2006, I was contracted by Becta to create a UCD resource library. This library was intended to codify industry best practice, and present a series of "how to" guides for the organisation.
In an an intense six-week effort I generated, in addition to an extensive Jargon Buster and FAQs, more than 60,000 words of content for this library, ranging from "How to conduct user testing" through to detailed explanations of conceptual modelling.
