Leveraging the newly conjoined portfolio of Cog App and Getfrank, I authored a comprehensive RTT proposal in 2005 for "Migrations", an educational broadband Flash service delivered as part of the digital curriculum.
The work - a sneak preview of the avatars Bob and Mildred is shown here - was still in progress when I left CogApp in November 2005, and proceeding smoothly.
