An independently-owned creator of digital experiences, Head are a great example of resilience and organic growth. They take user experience very seriously, and are an absolute delight to work for and amongst.
I joined Head towards the end of 2009 after being impressively grilled by their equally impressive founder and leader, Ramsey Khoury, whose attitude and honesty were big factors in my decision to join them.
Head are - there's no point in denying it - a small agency (can I use the "boutique" label I wonder?), but they have produced (and continue to produce) some really cracking work. Their design work is subtle and beautifully considered, and the good people I worked with were supportive, collaborative, professional and highly personable.
