Framfab (previously Oyster, now LBi ) are one of the biggest new media agencies in the country, with an international reputation for handling big digital brands. They famously live and die by the quality of their experience architecture solutions.
In December 2005, I was contracted to Framfab through Recruitmedia to help them develop the ecommerce functionality for an innovative online medical application service called the Map of Medicine.
This compact but politically fraught contract role involved e-commerce and account management process modelling, high-resolution wireframing of relevant content and transactional pages, and functional specification for the Map of Medicine service, which was actually a product development by an organsiation called Medic to Medic. |
