Framfab

Contract :: experience architect :: 2005

< previous | next >

Framfab (previously Oyster Partners, now LBi) were already one of the biggest digital media agencies in the country when I joined them for a short three week contract at the end of 2005, with an international reputation for handling big brands. They famously lived and died by the quality of their experience architecture solutions.

I was contracted to Framfab to help them develop the ecommerce functionality for an innovative online medical application service called the Map of Medicine.

This compact but politically fraught contract role involved e-commerce and account management process modelling, high-resolution wireframing of relevant content and transactional pages, and functional specification for the Map of Medicine service, which was actually a product development by an organsiation called Medic to Medic.
